• Providing PDF to EPUB conversion services.
• Maintaining and improving our service quality.
• Processing your credit recharges and consumption records.
• Sending notifications when necessary (such as service changes).

3. AI Data Processing

This service uses artificial intelligence technology (including but not limited to Google Gemini models) to process your documents.

• Your document content will be sent to AI service providers for OCR recognition and layout optimization.
• We only transmit data through API interfaces. According to AI provider policies, data submitted via API will not be used to train their public models.
• We will not manually review your document content unless specifically authorized by you for resolving technical support requests.

4. Data Retention & Security

• File Retention: Your uploaded PDFs and generated EPUBs are temporarily stored on our servers for downloading and task retries. To save storage and protect privacy, we may periodically (e.g., after 7 days) automatically delete old files. Please download your results promptly.
• Data Security: We use industry-standard encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and secure storage technology to protect your data.

5. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services (such as Supabase, Cloudflare) for database hosting, file storage, and authentication. These providers are committed to strict data protection standards.
